Reservation Request Policies
All online reservation requests are reviewed by management to insure they comply with local and state fire codes pertaining to maximum allowable occupants in a room, as well as our own policies. When making a request, please let us know the size of your party to insure we comply with these codes. Showing up with extra people that were not included at the time the reservation request was made, may nullify the reservation, if it exceeds the maximum amount of guests allowed per fire code. Anyone found allowing extra people to stay in a room without telling us will be asked to leave without a refund. Management reserves the right to ask anyone to leave without a refund for any form of misrepresentation of information given on the reservation. All of our rooms are non-smoking and non-cooking. Smoking is permitted outside and not in the rooms. Anyone smoking in the rooms will be charged a $25 extra cleaning fee. No cooking is allowed in the rooms. We do have a microwave in the lobby that is available to our guests. We do not accept pets on the premisses. Even though we have and like pets, just not in our rooms. If a pet is found in a room, management reserves the right to ask the guest to leave without a refund. Our Check in policy is anytime after 2 PM and Check out is by 11 am. Our cancellation policy is 7 days. We need 7 days notice prior to the reservation date, to avoid a one day charge.
